This film left me shell shocked with a mixture of amzement, sympathy and simply breath taking images. The story line itself is fairly simple however the way it is portrayed is astonishing. Some parts of the film are slow but it is made up for by...

This was a real tour de force for Sean Penn and all in this production. Hirsch was brilliant as Christopher McCandless who seals himself into isolation before he even goes off into the wild. The pacing was well-executed as we really see that all...

I didnt knew that its a real life story till at the end when it was mentioned there. The tragic end was quite sad and I feel sympathy for the family. This movie knocks our heart to think about about relationships which we keep making in our lives...

Beautiful and poignant movie with great acting and great cinematography. The imagery is gorgeous at times, though some scenes are confusing. Emile Hirsch does a great job.

Beautiful and heartwrenching. Penn captured the story of Chris McCandless with stunningly accurate cinematography and narrative, bringing to the screen McCandless's ambition, stuggle and humanity. The film follows the tidal prose of the novel in a...
