Another vulgar and funny movie from Judd Apatow and company. I really like Jason Segel and to see his goofy self in more comedies in the future. If you are in to jokes in bad taste you may really like this film...I know I did. Kristen Bell and Mila Kunis both looked amazing and brought a good balance to the guys.

1 star for some of the funny dialogue and mix of bad language, other than it's just another Hollywood love film. Predictable as usual thus a total bore and waste of my time.

I really wasn't sure what to expect from this film. One part of me thought it looked like a fairly funny comedy, another part thought it was going to be a film focusing more on bad taste jokes than general laughs, another part thought "Oh no, `The Heartbreak Kid` Deja vu!", and the other part thought "Russell Brand, Ick!".

Weirdly enough, none of the above turned out to be true.

Yes the film had humour, but it was more focused on light hearted humour, than anything that would make you break into big guffaws. Although some moments were quite crude, those moments never felt overly offensive, and actually ended up feeling like a 21st century update on more farcial comedy. It definately wasn't another `The Heartbreak Kid`, sure a guy goes to a desert island, while still dealing with his last relationship, only to get all gooey-eyed over another girl, but that's where the similarites end, this film is definately a lot more bearable than that one. Finally, Russell Brand......who actually turned out to be surprisingly likeable, and quite a fun character to watch. In truth, all the characters in this film were likeable, even the ones that you don't think are supposed to be likeable, and the ending is definately not bittersweet.

So to sum up......this film wont leave you with aching ribs from laughing so much, but it will leave you with a feeling of contempt, and the odd moment that may leave you chortling.
