Now I loved Wall E personally, and I want there to be a sequel, but do you think we'll get one? As I'm half and half on it, as in the credits it shows you how the humans got back to civilazation on Earth, maybe they could do one about Robots becoming obsolete?

If you think likewise or not, post why and give ideas about what you think could be in the sequel, or why there shouldn't be a sequel.

You're sort of seeing this in black and white; I loved the movie, but I don't think it necessitates a sequel. The last thing we need is another "franchise" the Hollywood bigwigs can run into the ground. Look at what they did to "Shrek."

As much as I loved this, I'd much rather see the tallent that made this work on somthing fresh rather then try and work around what they have allready done. If Pixar didn't ignore the sequel requesters we'd probaly be at Toy Story 5 and Finding Nemo 3 and never had gotten to this, Cars, The Incredibles and others that are more restent from them.

If you'd like to see an example of what I mean about this, look at video games where instead of making totaly new titles there is just too many sequels out there and it takes a simular amount of work to make a good one of these films as the games.

    No!

Wall-E is too good a movie to have a sequel. It should be kept as is to keep the story perfect.

That's why ET doesn't have a sequel, nor does Finding Nemo. A sequel would mean expectations too high to risk.
