Amazing!!!! Bruce Willis is an awesome actor!!!! This is also my favorite action movie of all time!!!! Seriously!! There's tons of action and no really slow parts, so don't expect to be bored by this movie!! it's got a good movie length too, not too short, not too long. It's also got some very funny parts. I watched Live Free or Die Hard on DVD. I have only seen the original Die Hard movie and this one. (what are there, four or six now?) First, I loved Justin Long and the character he played. How can the same thing happen to the same guy so many damn times?!?

I for one am glad it happened again to John McClane in Live Free or Die Hard because it is one great summer action flick. It would seem that with each successive adventure, John McClane has to traverse way more territory. In the original Die Hard, McClane was confined to a corporate building, in the first sequel, it was an entire airport, in Die Hard with a Vengeance, he was all over New York, and here he's practically all up and down the East Coast! This time around, the bad guys are cyber-terrorists, and it's always about the cash as they wreak havoc on the United States to try to steal everybody's financial information. Half the fun of this movie is watching how many different ways McClane can kill the terrorists. Bruce Willis hasn't missed a beat. Sure he's bald this time around, but McClane is still grumpy, haggard, and witty as ever. Justin Long is the sidekick this time around and does a good job playing the geeky comic relief. My only problem would be Timothy Olyphant as the lead terrorist. To me he was just more annoying than menacing. He pales in comparison to Alan Rickman, William Sadler, and Jeromy Irons in the previous movies, but then again, he is supposed to be a geek terrorist so maybe I should cut him some slack. I liked this movie so much, I even watched the commentary and can appreciate the film even more now that I know that going into filming, they had not finalized the script and made certain things up as they went along going so far as to even rearrange scenes. Thankfully, it all worked out, as the movie is a remarkably tight and believable action flick.
