This was the second of two wedding comedies the wife and I watched tonight. I liked this one quite a bit. I really laughed the gag with the mechanical babies. Not Robin Williams best work but he of course held his own. I really believe John Krasinski can become a very prolific movie star in the near future. Props to the movie for including many of his coworkers from The Office.

this movie had a lot of bad reviews and now that I saw it I think I know why, Although Robin Williams it's the first name you see, he isn't the main character, so he's not that much in the movie like you'd expect, and even when he does his typical and great comedy (or at least to me) the main laughs are on the clumsiness of the Krasinski character, and i think it appeals more to those who are familiar whit the antics and troubles of anyone about to be wed or when you start a serious relationship, and not so much to the general public, specially to those who only laugh at fart jokes and crude humor, I really had very lower expectations for this one, but it turned out to be a great surprise, in the line of "The 50 first dates" and not so in the lines of "wedding crashers" both great movies, but really, really different...

Entertaining and Witty. I thought Mandy Moore was great for this role and that John Krasinski was funny. Robin Williams was good too, his character was a bit of annoying at times though

I need to preface this by saying this is not my kind of movie (romantic-comedy). This was an enjoyable film, nothing unique or new about the storyline. The best moments occurred when Robin Williams wasn't on screen and when he was he seemed a bit tired and bored. John Krasinski did a great job, and was genuinely funny, but it was a bit annoying having a lot of the cast of the office also in the movie. A few technical, continuity errors, b one hilarious bit with mechanical babies, overall not a horrible or magnificent film.

I have to admit that this movie is really bad. Williams seems to be in a rutt as he keeps making the same types of movies. Part of the problem is that they all seem to be part of his comedy routine stretched out over 90 mins. There are so many unfunny scenes in this mess of a movie that its not funny. The acting in this movie is horrible highlighted by williams horrible turn as a priest. There is a child who plays williams helper who is horrible also. The whole idea of having a marriage course before they get married is ridiculous. The comedic scenes are forced as is the whole movie. I really could not recommend this movie unless you are a big fan of robin williams.
