Hmm, I dont agree with loads of you. Ill be short, the movie is a good thing if you enjoy horror. In my opinion, the movie has a good story, has creepy children in it and it doesnt end well. I enjoy watching it big time..Even got the ring tone on...

Ive seen the jappanese version also, maybe that helps I enjoyed the movie.

Semi ok had some ok looking parts but overall this movie was worth a dollar rent at red box and not to much more not great acting cool story cool special effects thats about it

This film is nowhere near as bad as everybody is making out. It's a fair attempt at a remake of "Chakushin Ari", a 2003 Japanese film. The plot sees several characters receiving phone calls from their future selves who can tell them when, where and how they will die.

While it might sound like a clichéd plot (there are certain trademarks of other films like The Grudge and The Ring throughout the film), Eric Valette does it justice. The characters are well played, the film builds suspense throughout and the result is a conclusion that everyone expected, but was still enjoyable.

To those that are slating this film, I ask them to ask themselves one question - if this had been released before titles such as The Grudge and The Ring, would you still give it such a poor rating?

not perfect horror but not bad too .it has the best terrifying scenes at its end one when a burnt body(almost dead),rised suddenly creeping upon bith (hero),also when the girl appeared at end of the movie(good horror face and deadly moving girl).besides the ugly people appear through the movies.I didnt see the japanese version,but it talks about recieving a missed call by date in the future with the sound of the phone owner him/herself,saying something.then they see stange people,say the thing they heard by thier own voice on the phone at the time the missed call was sent,suddenly die ,getting from their mouth a spherical sweet.then the mobile automayically call another person from the contact.new idea at which ghost transfer through mobile phone (coping with technology).

and there were soo many mistakes in it .

The screen went to the phone .
And it said a time, I believe 8:56 or something .
Then, she said "7:56" when she read it...

All I did was laugh the entire time .
It was funnnny .

And my friends all laughed at it too .
Oh, and one of them fell asleep :) .

I'm giving a higher rating,
becuase it was VERY entertaining .
Three stars for three people laughing hysterically for over an hour :) .

I went to see this movie only because my friend forced me to and we thought it would be great for unintentional laughs. Except it was bad period. The 'creatures' people see when they're about to die are laughably non scary, the acting is horrific...
