"A stylishly incoherent and confusing mess."

An idyllic small town is rocked when Aubrey Fleming (Lindsay Lohan), a bright and promising young woman, is abducted and tortured by a sadistic serial killer. When she manages to escape, the traumatized girl who regains consciousness in the hospital insists that she is not who they think she is and that the real Aubrey Fleming is still in mortal danger.

'I Know Who Killed Me' is a confused, unpleasantly disturbing mess of a film. The acting is mostly terrible and the gore effects are incredibly fake. It's far too flawed to work as a psychological thriller or even as a cheap horror movie, but it's not completely awful - and to be totally honest with you I did not hate it. I loved the artistically done dance scenes. For Lindsay Lohan fans or for fans of incoherent and confusing cinema, 'I Know Who Killed Me' is a must-watch, but serious horror fans, look elsewhere.

Lindsay Lohan attempts a second round of playing twins. It must be said that this is one of Lindsay Lohans worst movies, plus I didn't even realise a horror move! The characters were being brutally tortured and are forced to watch, but the actors don't show enough emotion for us to feel anything towards what was going on, which you normally would expect. I never felt uneasy, as though something was going to happen at any moment.
It is believed by everyone that Aubrey has created another identity, Dakota Moss, who claims to live a very different life. However towards the end they reveal that Aubrey and Dakota are twins, with some kind of mental connection.

For starters let me say I like Lindsay Lohan a lot (the actress, not the person)and I enjoy most of her films, but this one was a mess, I didn't care for the characters and never felt any kind of danger or even feel compassion for them (I can't be more specific without spoilers)while the idea was very interesting (that was got me to see this film, and I would even with a different actress)the development was wrong paced,it drag too much and then tried to wrap up in a hurry,the acting it's awful, I actually saw the whole thing just to try to make sense of the whole ordeal, but you actually don't miss much, you might as well just turn the dvd off and just read a sypnosis on a website, YEAH it's that boring.If you want to see Linsay acting up and swearing and being a little bi**ch, just turn to the tv to TMZ, it will be more convincing and wont drag for hours,and you won't see any nudity here or at least not from Lohan, if you're looking for a smart thriller,keep browsing,you have been warned.
