Entertaining movie but not the scariest thing in town. The cast is top notch though with Sean Bean (Lord of the Rings), Neal McDonough (Band of Brothers) and Sophia Bush (One Tree Hill).

Another day another remake. This one of a decent horror film of the same name. From what I can recall this is not a straight remake in the sense that it does not follow the original movie so much. I think it follows the basic premise and of course...

I don't know why such a low score. I thought it was a great suspense terror movie. I would recommend for those who likes horror or something thrilling.

never seen the original...unfortunately i won't be seeing it. sean bean's creepiness doesn't help his killer's motive or reasoning to have any sense. kids running, people being slashed, and stupid cops. oh the horror....

Aside from Sean Bean's performance, i cannot come up with any reason to recommend this movie over the original. Go out and rent or buy a copy of the 1986 version instead.

A true piece of crap.Sean Bean is an amazing heel,and this movie had a ton of potential to use him in amazing ways.But all I have to say is keep away from this one.The deaths are not fun to watch,the story is lame,and all of the actors are pretty...

A better remake than the terrible 1986 movie, but the film still falls show of a recommndation. I like sophie Bush as the heroine, but the film is full of blood and gore. Too Bad!

i liked this movie. It had great action scene and definite suspense. Though a remake it held it own with adding in a different track of characters it was a good remake. and i don't say that very often.
