What is this? Oh yeah, a dumb comedy movie. That was the most corniest movie I've ever seen. That wasn't funny and entertaining. The humor is offensive and disgusting. This makes other movies cry.

epic movie is one of the ten worst movies to ever be made i have to say this movie was horrible the story takes in diffrent flims like di vinci code and even narina this flim was pretty theres nothing really good about its just ah terrible flim to use the story is about four orphans wich are bllant spoof on narnia during that day the get kidnapped by willy wonka but when was the last time you saw willy wonka ah cannibal not funny but lame this were the critics werent laughing for obivous attempts at humor its not funny its perdicble the whole thing is not funny you may be actual be better off reading bad fan-fics right now the casting in it was pretty descent even though with medicore script how much i hated this flim if your interisted in stupid humor your getting the dullist comeday youll ever even with your 1 dollar ticket to see this crud its really lame the casting in it was actual pretty dismal the writing is awful and this not ah flim that you dont want to see well overall i give this flim

The Good: you get to laugh how random it is.

The Bad: parodies arent funny lacks the writing then its bad premise you wont care about the boring story or the perdicble sense of humor.

The Ugly: congratulations guys worst movie i have ever seen.

This film's dissapointing not as i think its crap but not 3/4 star crap. come on give it some credit they had a good idea. I guess anyway i hope Spartans will be better.

I didn't believe a comedy could be this bad until I saw this movie. I didn't believe a comedy could fail on almost every level until I saw this movie. Honestly, it's the equivalent of watching little school children repeat silly fart jokes they've just heard; only you're watching it on the big screen.

I've tried to like this film and see past its countless faults, but it's so spectacularly bad it's impossible to even be a guilty pleasure. Even if the plot was even slightly comprehensible, the actors don't seem to know what they're doing, or where they are, or even why they've allowed themselves to appear in such shameful trash. What makes it even worse is that it's not actually epic at all. It clearly has a very low budget if you compare it to the actual movies it so terribly tries to parody.

I laughed at maybe 3 of the jokes, but I can honestly tell you right now that not a single one of those three didn't have something wrong with it. Not one. They had so many opportunities to make these jokes work, but they choose the absolute opposite way to go about doing it; it's as if they're actually purposely trying to ruin what might've been a decent joke by choosing exactly what's wrong for it and the scenario they've put it in.

There is no humour in Epic Movie; the "2 out of 6 writers from Scary Movie" just rely on mind-blowingly stupid, pathetic parodies to "entertain us", which are nothing like the parodies in the Scary Movie franchise. Those were actually funny. It's like they've taken the most extremely straight-forward, obvious aspects from well-known movies, added an unprecedented level of stupid childish homophobic potty humour and tried to make us laugh by showing the characters from Narnia, The Davinci Code and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory dancing to hip-hop music. Hilarity doesn't ensue.

To add on to it, the parodies are barely even parodies. They're just merely terrible imitations of movies that prove no purpose other than to show that these idiots can imitate something. Badly.

When you can't even successfully parody something that actually deserved to be made, THAT's when you have a problem, and THAT's when you're faced with something like Epic Movie.

  The humor is coarse and occasionally funny. The archly bombastic score, by Edward Sheamur, is the only thing you might call witty. But happily, Jennifer Coolidge and Fred Willard show up, as the White Bitch and Aslo the Lion, to add some easy, demented class.

  The willful sloppiness and retrograde gags make Epic Movie, which was not shown to critics, an inevitable byproduct of our Internet video era. It seems downloaded and projected onto the screen, a failing online-film-school project paid for and put out by a Hollywood movie studio. That said, very little on YouTube is this unentertaining.
