It's been 35 years after The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show has been cancelled. Rocky and Bullwinkle have been living in reruns, and the trees in Frostbite Falls have been cut down, leading Rocky and Bullwinkle to travel to Washington D.C. in their cartoon to tell the President and ask for help. But Rocky and Bullwinkle will be whisked into a new adventure when Fearless Leader, Boris, and Natasha dig into the TV of a TV producer, and trick her into signing a contract, freeing the villains into real life, and making them real-live humans. Fearless Leader plans on using a satellite in New York City to broadcast Really Bad TV (RBTV) to hypnotize all watchers around the world, then getting them to vote Fearless Leader as the President of the USA! Unless, a certain moose and squirrel get in the way! Agent Karen Sympathy from the FBI uses a special "Green Light" lighthouse, and brings Rocky and Bullwinkle to real life as 3D characters! Now, it's a race from Hollywood by plane, foot, car, and stolen truck, (and maybe even a flying squirrel!) to get to New York City, avoid the ever-chasing Boris and Natasha, and save the world!
