About as enjoyable as the first film.

The tone was a bit more family friendly, some of the supporting characters started to grate after a while, and the second half pushed the religious aspects a lot heavier than how the events of "Bruce Almighty" were handled, but there was still a reasonable amount to enjoy.

The first half of the film, despite being overly clean cut in places, and borrowing various plot elements from "The Santa Clause", was quite enjoyable, and Steve Carell obviously showed he can handle slapstick style comedy with ease.

In truth, the only thing that stopped me giving this a higher rating was that the more comedic tone of the movie almost comes to a total standstill in the second half of the film, with next to no moments that anybody over the age of 10 would probably find funny.

Overall, a likeable story, but a disappoinitng comedy.

What a great family film . I totally reccomend it. Rated PG with some clever jokes and humor But absolutely no swearing Starring Steven Carrel, Lauren Graham, Morgan Freeman and John Goodman.

Evan Baxter (Carrel) a representative of Congress made a promise to change the world in his campagain but without help he didn't know how to do that . So he prays to God for a little nudge and God answers by telling him to build an ark like Noah did in the book of Gensis. Confusion and total paranoia starts to set in after God appears to him and explains what he has to do . Basically its all about saving some parks from being destroyed and some great effects with the ark sailing through Washington. And alot of Animals. With some Humor thrown in and a joke here or there and a wonderful message at the end I totally reccomend it. So go see it or now you can rent it :)

Had some good jokes and very good acting. Story is old and changed to fit Hollywood, but hasn't been filmed before (or I just haven't seen it) either way for a first it's good.

I liked this movie. It was funny but I liked emphasis they put on family and also doing the right thing. I liked it better than Bruce Almighty for that reason.
