A true Aussie classic, and a film that all people wanting to live in Australia should see. It tells the story of Daryl Kerrigan (Michael Caton) who lives in his "castle", his rather small, slightly run down house right next to the Melbourne International Airport. The airport wants to expand, and that includes claiming his house, for which he will be compensated for. But Daryl is not after compensation, he wants to keep his castle, his home, as it is so much more than just bricks and mortar. This is one of the funniest movies that you will ever see, and has created many lines now in common usage, from "Tell him he's dreamin'" to "How's the serenity?" to "It's the vibe". A true classic, and a movie I couldn't think more highly of if I tried.
