The Assassination Of Jesse James By The coward Robert Ford is a very good movie. Fantastic cinematagrophy and wonderful acting from Casey Affleck. The directing goes up and down, from being realy good to just medicore. And wasn´t Jesse James shot in the back and not in the head? first half of the movie is good, but it gets better the second half. Nominated for 2 oscars i think for best supporting actor and best cinematagrophy, The Assassination of Jesse James... is a movie i recomend.

The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford is a foreshadowing that this is probably a very long movie, it is, and guess what, I wasn't bored one second of it. The movie mostly focuses on Robert Ford, played by the very young talented Casey Affleck. Bob Ford is a young man obsesses with the famous American outlaw, Jesse James (Brad Pitt). As the film gets deeper and deeper Bob starts to want to be him instead of just be in his gang. It is a story of betrayal to yourself and to your friends, and a deeply epic story. Casey Affleck gives an amazing performance, one that I think will boost him from the reputation of Little Affleck or Ben's little brother, to the point when people will be saying to Ben Affleck, "You're Casey's older brother". Brad Pitt for once also gives a tremendously good performance. The movie did get unfairly overlooked but it's still a great film that is a must see.
