A villain named Brushogun appears out of nowhere, the Titans are on the move. But during the battle, he goes to Titans Tower and almost destroys the Tower. The Titans capture him but he disappears without a trace. Robin discovers he is from Tokyo and the Titans pack up to go to Tokyo. When the Titans arrive, Robin and Starfire's relationship develops. But Robin has no time for a relationship for Starfire. Meanwhile, Raven, Beast Boy, and Cyborg are all across Tokyo from Super Twinkle Donkey Gum Mascot to girls chasing to Japanese food. Robin gets captured and now the Titans must save him and stop Brushogun at the same time.
