Over all I have to say it's a charming movie, but it is one of those movies that really leaves it's self hanging. Charm is great, but a story would have helped it out a lot.

But it was still good enough to entertain.

The toys in the store are magical , colourful and will amuse you. I thought that there will be some kind of adventure but it just a waste of time as the movie ends at nowhere.

Anyways i just liked the Colourful toy store and bright animated graphics and for this i am giving it 2 stars.

Una deliciosa historia, para niños pero muy entretenida y con buenos efectos especiales que logran que uno regrese a la niñez y vuelva a creer en la magia que nos rodea.

I didn't know what to think of this movie when I first sat down to watch it, having heard mixed reviews about it, but after watching it I am glad that I did. The concept is about a magic toystore, its magic owner, a overworked no fun accountant(mut-ant), a lonely boy without any friends, and a woman whose life is at a standstill. Everything is fine until Mr Magorium(dustin hoffman)decides that it it time for him to leave and this causes everyone, and the store to, to get upset and throw a "tantrum". Even thought this is a pretty decent movie the only negatives are that its to depressing, especially in the middle, with the toy store turning grey and dying and Mr Magoriums life comming to an end. But the beginning and the ending make up for it and it deserves a recommendation to anyone who wants to believe in a magic toy store and the great people who work in it. 4 out of 5.

A really good movie and the actors in this movie are fantastic! I gave this movie 4/5 and the reason is because of the story. The picture of the movie was great, I mean as in the way that even though the movie is not realistic it makes you believe.
