A group of punks, who don't have great lives, who find themselves living in a rundown home in a old suburbia. There are several people that try getting them out, but they don't want to as it is the only home they know. The punks do everything to them which scares them away, but it results in a little boys death, about 5 or 6 years old, who was living with his older brother in the house.
