This movie is one of the best Pokemon movies in recent years. The plot is solid and interesting, and the characters are vibrant and layered. The music is amazingly well suited to the animation.
The voiceover work is outstanding. All in all, a welcome addition to the Pokemon library.
As a fan from it's very beginning, I highly recommend this movie to any Pokemon fan, or any fan of fun animated films for that matter.
They will be in for a treat.

What if there were a Pokemon that has amazing power, something which controls a hidden temple? Ash, a Pokemon trainer from Pallet Town, continues his quest to become the world’s greatest Pokémon Master with his best friends, May, Max, Brock, and Pikachu. In the middle of their travels, Ash and his friends cross paths with a performance troupe, who are made up of descendants of the People of the Water. There they discover the egg of Manaphy, and its protector, Pokémon Ranger Jack "Jackie" Walker. Jackie's mission is to keep the egg out of the Phantom Troop's hands. The Troop's leader, a pirate known as The Phantom, found the egg in the middle of the seas, only for Jackie to take the egg away from him Phantom eventually meets up with them, wanting Manaphy who is the key to the hidden Sea Temple. Inside it is the mysterious Sea Crown, which is said to contain a great power. The Phantom desires the Sea Crown's power so he can rule the world. It's up to Ash, his friends, Lizabeth, a member of the troupe, and Jackie to protect Manaphy and stop the evil pirate from claiming the power of the Sea Crown.

This movie was weird. My sister said it was dumb and I had to agree.

Not the best Pokemon movie, but it still was enjoyable. Of all the Pokemon movies this one has to be my fourth favorite of the series.
