Overall, an enjoyable movie. The three cute chipmunks, a few good laughs, and the music are what I enjoyed the most. However, the plot could have been improved and there could have been fewer "gross humor" jokes, then the movie would have been excellent from start to finish. It's a lot better when it's watched the first time.

this did not really catch me all that much, the movie is alright...i guess the best part about it is that it reminds me of watching them when i was a little kid other then that not much interest in the movie at all...but it's not really meant for...

This movie was cute. It had its funny parts that were pretty well executed using the computer-generated chipmunks. However, the story and parts of the movie are hideously unbelievable. One example is when the chipmunks climb into the man's muffin basket, and he doesn't notice their screaming or the weight increase at all.

However, the funny parts of the movie make up for its flaws, so it gets a moderate 3 stars.

This movie was pretty good and it brought back memories of watching the cartoon series back in the 80's. My kids just loved it and there was plenty of funny moments. Jason Lee definitely works in this movie. Consider this a good family movie.

Movie was good but after a while the voices got a little annoying but the story and the comedy was funny enough to keep me entertained. It was an enjoyable Christmas movie. Enough said right?
