The worst Godzilla movie I've seen. It's more of a movie about some japanese guys ans Jet with Godzilla added. theres an average fight at the end which is the best part of the movie. it's nice to see Gigan again but Megalon isn't anything special.

This Godzilla battle movie once again pits our green friend against an angry foe. Provoked by more nuclear tests in the Pacific, an undersea race sends Megalon and the alien Gigan to fight the Earth's protector. Godzilla must battle it out with the help of giant robot guy Jet Jaguar. As usual in Godzilla films, it doesn't make much sense-- it's an anti-war, anti-pollution allegory of some sort, but it's also a boxing match with big costumes. You can watch it on the surface level as a cartoon for kids of all ages. You'll still have a good time. From the time when science fiction movies were simple and just fun, this film still makes for a great way to kill an afternoon.
