Kill me Jason Bourne. like all the previous parts this movie also has mind blowing car chasing , bike chasing and walking/running on/over the building scenes. The best part was when Jason was escorting Ross the reporter right under the nose of intelligence security and they were all behaving like a stupefied cow saying Jesus Christ everytime Jason dodge them cleverly.. lol This is the best action movie i have ever seen and cant compare it to James bond as there Bond was a free man with lots of Gadgets made by his team to help him .. but here Bourne makes his own weapons.. for Jason even a book, a pen. etc is a weapon.. Ultimate movie full of thrill right from begining to the very end and also beyond the end as what a refreshing effect it leaves in your mind.
also A++ for having no adult scene like James bond which really makes me sick. bourne ultimatum is a pure Action packed magic box. Must watch it.

Without a doubt the best action film of 2007! The bourne identity introduced us to Jason Bourne, The Bourne supermacy gave us an insight to his past, these two films layed a perfect foundation for the third film and did it deliver or what. The Bourne Ultimatum has it all, The action scenes were thrilling and you really get yourself in the film, they were perfect, paul greengrass and the writers did a superb job, this is how action films should be made.

The Bourne Ultimatum is the savior of "third films in a franchise" in a year when the "third films in a franchise" have pretty much sucked. The film follows Jason Bourne again as he tries to figure out who he really is and who turned him into the super assassin that he is now. This is what an action film should be. Tight storyline, great fight sequences, great car chases, and a few twists here and there for good measure. The fights are some of the best to see. They are expertly choreographed, efficiently paced, and not edited to the point where you can't tell what's going on. While probably not realistic in real life, I can totally believe two highly trained fighters duking it out like this using anything they can get their hands on as a weapon. The character of Jason Bourne is great as well. He's a man of few words but what I love most is how he's able to keep so many steps ahead of the government agents that are on his trail by using clever diversionary tactics. Matt Damon doesn't say much, but he conveys a character that is frustrated with what his life has become and is desperate to find the truth. The supporting cast is pretty damn good too. The two assassins sent after Bourne possess exceptional athletic ability to pull off their fights. David Strathairn is brilliantly weaselly as a corrupt CIA director. Joan Allen gives an understated performance returning to finish off her business. And even Julia Stiles didn't annoy me that much this time around.
The only downside to this film is director Paul Greengrass' usage of the shaky handi-cam method which can evoke high levels of motion sickness in viewers. It was the same deal in The Bourne Supremacy and I know it's his style but I think a fixed camera would have made the movie perfect for me. I know a lot of people would have liked to have seen this film nominated for a best picture Oscar but to be honest, it's not an Oscar film- even though it won 3 technical awards. I'm fine with it making a crapload of cash at the box office instead of being recognized by the academy.

1-2-3 everybody scramble! This movie is like an exagerated game of red light green light or duck duck goose on drugs. a little nauseating. hard to follow, but delivers some thrills. Very comparable to mission impossible, the transporter, and 007. This installment isnt much different or better, but it does mange to tie it all together rather well. Bourne is as fast, intelligent and exciting, as ever.If you enjoy tactical espionage and political drama, dont miss a minuet.

My one complaint is that some of the stunts were a little over-the-top and stretched believability in order to amp up the action factor.

The first two Bourne movies, were some of the worst movies I've ever seen, even though I did somewhat enjoy the Bourne Supremacy. The Bourne Ultimatum turned out to be somewhat short of a masterpiece. Matt Damon is one of the best spy actors, giving a very good performance as the amnesiac spy, Jason Bourne. In the third installment of the Bourne franchise, Jason Bourne is being chased by an assassin. He finds his way to New York City where the conspiracy first started. Will Bourne finally find out his true identity? All will be revealed in this spectacular installment of any trilogy.

Was the film itself good? Certainly. One of the better ones I've seen this year. But I felt that I was missing a vital clue to just what the hell was going on.
I have this and The Bourne Supremacy in my DVD collection, so I'll probably give Bourne Identity a rent and watch them in order. Perhaps my rating will change then.
