It was done extremely well. The story was actually less depressing at the end then in the book, but they still made it heart wrntching. It blends fantasy and reality really well and it is really a story about childhood and companionship that is...

I dont think this movie have the real idea on it. It was kinda disney modern thrash, you know with pop boy bands and all, anything classic. I guess that they have to do it that way. Another thing I see, is when the girl dies, it was sad and all...
