Jackson is Elmo McElroy, an American master chemist who heads to England to setup and sell his special new formula for a powerful drug, that is guaranteed to be "51 times stronger than cocaine, 51 times more hallucinogenic than acid, and 51 times more explosive than ecstasy." His plans for a quick, and profitable score go comically wrong when he gets stuck in Liverpool with an escort of the underworld and rave scene, Felix DeSouza played by Robert Carlyle and his hitman/ex-girlfriend, Dakota Parker played by Emily Mortimer, and gets involved in a bizarre web of double-dealing and double-crossing.
