I thought if nothing else, this was a very interesting documentary. I enjoyed it, it was eye-opening, and though his experiment does not follow scientific experimentation exactly and completely fairly, he does manage to act like an average American for one month, the only exception being his McDonald's binge. I think it's a must see for anyone interested in the health effects of McDonald's.

While other documentarys focus on more political issues, this movie(while proving how unhealthy fast food is) is very fun to watch. I think it's one of the most fun and original documentarys. I haven't seen any documentarys besides this one but as...

I haven't seen any documentarys besides this one but as I can see other ones look pretty boring and don't bring in a lot of audiences. Very good movie!!!!

It's pretty interesting, and i ate a McD burger while watching it. And i do like seeing all the fries and burgers in the movie.

This film by Morgan Spurlock documents his 30 days of eating every meal at McDonald’s. Three rules that he went by were the following. He couldn’t have anything to eat or drink unless it was off the McDonald’s menu. He had to have everything on the menu at least once. And had to supersize the meal if asked to.

Morgan Spurlock had a total physical checkup before the 30 days were to start. His weight was 185 pounds beforehand and had skyrocketed to around 210 pounds after the month was over. None of the doctors that had done the checkup beforehand thought that any of this would be as bad as it was. Spurlock was even warned to stop the experiment early so as not to do more harm to himself and was told that he could actually die from this high-fat diet. During this time he interviewed a host of experts on fast food and some regular folk as well.

This documentary was very interesting and it also had me laughing at many parts throughout the movie. It is excellent on all levels and I highly recommend that everyone go and see it. After watching it you’ll never look at fast food the same way again.
