A team of astral investigators for the New Zealand government arrive in the small town of Kaihoro to find it completely desolate. Upon further investigation, the boys find that a small army of aliens have slaughtered the town's population and are planning to take the mutilated parts back to their home planet, to be cooked and served to other aliens, in a sort of interdimensional fast-food venture. The boys then take it upon themselves to stop the aliens, though it really isn't in their job description.
