Ignore the critics. Sure the characters playing the characters with powers spin around like monsters, but it is a great cartoonic picture and It doesn't Completely suck. It has good cartoonic stuff, and has good comic sequences, plus, this movie was more faithful than the first one. The baby was good. It never completely deserved Razzie Awards. It is good for kids. I like it

Jamie Kennedy has proved that he can be a pretty funny guy, yet he wastes his time on films like these. The only remotely funny part was when the baby was imitating what he saw on TV, and that's all I willing to give this movie.

Because that's what it is, childish and dumb. Oh yeah, they've got it all, bathroom jokes, strange animations, etc. Weird movie that's only for 9-year-olds and down(but not infants).

(I'll give you a hint. The main character is named Jon and he's a cartoonist.) Haven't guessed it? The answer was Jon from Garfield. GEEZ!!! I don't even get this is PG!!! The plot is that a baby "was made" while the main character was wearing the mask. See!?!?! Meanwhild odin sentences Loki to earth to get the mask back. If Odin would do that, why didn't he in the first movie!?!?!?!!? But it's not the actors faults. They only thing they did wrong was being a part of this movie. Just the lines aren't that good. The plot isn't that good. And The Mask just never needed a sequel. The mask is terrible i reccommend everyone stays away from it even fans of The Mask.

Son of the Mask is a film that can't be taken seriously. Providing wild antics that you can only take so much of. The one of few entertaining scenes is the musical number at the Halloween party but the rest of the movie is just there to keep your little ones from ripping eachothers hair out. I can only recomend this to you if you are a fan of Jammie Kenedy. For fans of The Mask you will be some-what disappointed with the outcome of this movie. A 1 and 1/2 out of 5
