10 years has passed since Stanley (Jim Carry) threw the mask into the river and now the mask has found itself a new host. Jamie Kennedy plays a struggling cartoonist who's dog Otis finds the mask. He puts it on and has a night out, finds out his wife is pregnant and because it was concieved with him wearing the mask, the baby has the powers of the mask. But that's the least of the problem because Loki, the mischief god, who created the mask, is now after the mask.
