Two low-lives from Queens who take pleasure in prank phone calls, and spiting their wealthy friend Brett Weir, soon find themselves in trouble with the mob after Weir brags about the connections. Johnny B and Kamal start a riot going under the fake name Frank Rizzo, who is one of Chicago's worst criminals. They get the mob and the law on their tail while trying to save their lives as well as keep their favorite bar in business and safe from the mob.
