True confession time: I DON'T LIKE ROM-COMS! That being said, this one was surprisingly enjoyable. Meryl Streep is beyond incredible in anything she does- she melts seamlessly into this role, with no visible signs that she is acting. And there is a genuine chemistry between the two romantic leads that is sweet and touching.

The script realistically depicts the ups and downs of a relationship, and the director lends just the right touch. Though this is not something I haven't seen before in a hundred other rom-coms, I started to really identify with the characters and to root for their relationship to succeed. Enjoyable film, even for non rom-com fans like me.

I love this movie! It's really nice to see a flick about a couple that's truly in love despite their age difference. The fact that they're already linked through Dave's mother (who is Raffi's therapist) makes it amazingly funny. Definitely a fun...

I love this movie! It's really nice to see a flick about a couple that's truly in love despite their age difference. The fact that they're already linked through Dave's mother (who is Raffi's therapist) makes it amazingly funny. Definitely a fun romantic comedy. I also liked the portrayal of Dave as a whole, a young man that is very mature for his age.
