Classic sci-fi. This is one of the first killer disease movies. Have not read the book but the movie is solid. Slow moving as some other reviewers have mentioned but there is nothing wrongwith that when done right.

It's a good story. It is slow-moving, but that is appropriate for most Michael Chrichton book adaptations.
If you can stand the slow pace it is a suspenseful story that plays on our fears of deadly viruses.

Slow-paced but enjoyable movie. I did not recognise the names of any of the actors, but they did a good job. Liked the script too, may even read the book at some time. I wonder what the 2008 version will be like.
