Chun Li, a Chinese interpol agent is teamed up with Guile of the United States Army to put a stop to Bison, the leader of the international terrorist organization Shadowlaw. Bison has been picking out the world's best fighters to build his empire. He does this by using his psychic powers to posses them. He has taken an interest in Ken and Ryu, who both studied under the same master and are the best street fighters in the world. Bison has at his disposal a number of other street fighters, like Vega and Sagat, while Chun Li and Guile, working with Ken and Ryu, are going to have there hands full dealing with them.
