I thought that "The Girl Next Door" was actually very well written for it being just another teen dramedy. I thought that every one of the actors, especially the lead male and Elisha Cuthbert did amazing jobs in their respective roles....

It seems like a funny and very well done movie, according to my friends, but to be honest I think that it was kind of funny at some points, but in some points it seemed just to focus on one thing: sex. What was with that in the scene of the limo in which the two girls kiss? I think that they just do that to make the people that was watching the movie stay. I did not think this movie was that good, but it certainly had its funny parts.

An interesting and funny movie definitely won't disappoint any comedy/teen fans. With a very interesting plot, good cast, good writing - it all turns into an hour and a half of fun. A good movie.

If you like american pie you will love this film but for me despite how good the trailer was the film doesn't live upto it in my opinion but It's a great to watch and it definatly enjoyable for young teenagers. The story, this guy is a smart intelligent person and about to go to university but he's unhappy because he hasn't done anything reckless until Danelle ( Elisa Cuthbeth, from hit tv-series 24). She a porn star and when he finds out he is hurt but he risked everything to be with here. i don't want to spoil it for those who haven't seen it so this is all i am going to say about story-line for this film.

Elisa Cuthbeth has done a few film when she was younger but this one is first one i have seen of her. Despite the fact i didn't like her character of 24 she is a very good actress, i never thought she could pull off being sexy but after watching this film i can say she can. i was seriously impressed with her. i am not sure if she's doing any other film.

it's a very good romantic comedy which i think why it was a hit back in the states not sure whether it will pick up here but i would definatly recommend to lot rent this movie out if there isn't anything great at your video store.

i would give this film a 3 out 5 rating because it defiantly amusing to watch plus it had scenes which weren't shown in the cinema for those of you, u have already watch it.

This was a great movie. I loved the music of David Gray and the plot was pretty good. If you have not seen the movie it is worth watching.

It's not bad at all. A tipical romance, where the boy tries to conquer the girl he loves, but she looks like she's never going to like him. Someparts are funny but it's similar to other movies.
