From Preston, Idaho comes Napoleon Dynamite, a new kind of hero with a funky red afro, some moon boots, and some skills that can't be beat. Napoleon spends his time drawing mythical creatures, hanging out with his 32 year old brother, Kip, and avoiding his Uncle Rico, who is a door-to-door salesman who's mentally stuck in 1982, which was the year his football team almost won to go to state. But Deb, the artisan behind the "boondoggle key chain", and Pedro, who has a sweet bike and talent with the ladies are brought into his life as his friends. Napoleon, however, finds goals outside of being a star milk-tasting judge. Altogether, the trio launches a campaign to elect Pedro for class president and make the student body's wildest dreams come true. But if Pedro is to beat the stuck-up Summer, Napoleon will have to unleash his secret weapon.
