Brigitte Fitzgerald, mistaken for an overdosed junkie, has been involuntarily committed into a rehabilitation center. The countless needle marks and scars along the length of Brigitte's arms are indeed self-inflicted, but not for a cheap high. Instead, she is trying to combat the mutating cells, rapid hair growth and inevitable transformation that consumed her late sister Ginger. The problem is no one will believe her. Haunted by her dead sister, Brigitte discovers she is no match for her imminent change. What's worse, something terrifying is trying to get inside the hospital to be with her. Something large, fast and powerful... something that kills... something evil. Brigitte knows that if she stays in the hospital people will die.
