    Does anyone else feel that way about Akira? It's so fluid and kinetic, so expertly paced and designed. Definitely one of the best anime films ever.

    It was a very good anime movie, but I didn't think that it was mind-blowing. It got a little bit too strange near the end, of course it doesn't even touch the utter weirdness of FLCL and a few other shows with names I can't even pronounce let alone remember.

    I love this movie, in fact, this is porbably one of only 2 or 3 anime movies my dad likes lol

    yes it's an incredible movie, from music to visuals, every.
