This belongs to Lionel Barrymore. After escaping from jail he disguises himself as an old woman to seek revenge on the three men that perpetrated the crime for which he was sent away. For this purpose he uses the invention of a mad scientist, miniaturized people that obey his thoughts. You forget the silliness of the plot when you see Barrymore portray the old woman. The end is a bit of a letdown and Rafaela Ottiano keeps reminding you of Elsa Lanchester in The Bride of Frankenstein.
