Crocodile is nothing more than a common, yet somewhat better B-Movie... with its less than stellar effects, somewhat goofy lines and such... it doesn't get too far, but its still a decent budget film for cable TV.

Crocodile is nothing more than a common, yet somewhat better B-Movie... with its less than stellar effects, somewhat goofy lines and such... it doesn't get too far, but its still a decent budget film for cable TV.

The plot is overused and simple... a group of college students are out on vacation on a remote lake, and they disturb a huge croc. Croc hunts them down, eats some of them, and eventually gets what it wants from them, an egg they stole. That's pretty much it...

But sinisterly, some of the cast, well, you're awaiting their demise. Sometimes you root for the croc, despite its rare full appearance on screen. And when it does... its not that spectacular. But the film does do a sneaky job at limiting those moments, but when they do come, its painful.

Not to fear however, the movie even has its fair share of nigh-impossible moments... just enough to make this movie worth watching for a good laugh. Either way, there's much better stuff around than this, and if you can bear the cringing nature of this budget movie, than you can probably stomach this craptastic film.
