Dr. Peter Blood, a British surgeon, is arrested and wrongly condemned to slavery in the Caribbean for helping a rebel soldier in England, 1685. After spending some time as a slave, he escapes along with many other ex-seaman, steals a ship and becomes a pirate who effectively steals from the rich and gives to the poor.
