Three friends band together to stop a Neo-Nazi Financier from his attempts to exterminating the Black Race.The Financier Monroe Feathers had a Doctor create a formula that is suppose to kill only African-Americans.His plan is to drop the Formula into the Reservoir,thus contaminating (only to Black Folks)it's water.The three friends Jimmy Lait,Jagger Daniels,and Mr.Keyes each sets out to stop the delivery of this formula.The Formula is to be dropped into the three largest Black populated cities:Detroit,Washington D.C.,and Los Angeles.They also set out to rescue Lait's girlfriend Wendy who had been kidnapped by Monroe's henchmen.
