This movie was half way entertaining. Steven Seagal does better when he does B movies or direct to DVD.

I was aware that Ja Rule was a rapper, but nothing else. He isn't the worst actor . . . but.
This movie didn't have anyone that I respected or knew. I went to see this movie, because of Steven alone. It is an action movie!
