Marion Cobretti better known as 'Cobra to his friends,is a member of a special unit of the Police Force.His specialty is eliminating psychopaths.Early in the Movie Cobra takes down a psychopath who was holding several people hostage in a Supermarket.Later on Cobra,and his partner would investigate various murders connected with the mysterious Murderer known as the Night Slasher.The Night Slasher breaks into homes,and has killed many residents in their sleep.Their killings are always at random.Cobra,and his partner Gonzalos are assigned to find the Slasher,and his minions.Their investigation takes a positive turn,when Fashion Model Ingrid,witnesses suspicious activities at an Underpass.She does not report it;she does however,has a bad feeling,and later(after her photochute)she wants her Photographer Stan to accompany her to her car,in the garage.Afterwards,Stan is killed along with two others.Ingrid manages to escape thanks to the arrival of the Police.Cobretti,and Gonzallos interrogate her.She tells them about a man that frightened her earlier in the evening;under the Underpass.After she describes the Man actually the Night Slasher she is given protection,only the the Night Slasher,and his minions always everywhere where Cobra,Ingrid,and his partner Gonzolas are.Cobra detects a leak in the Department.Will Cobra find that leak before the Slasher strikes again?
