10/10; Words escape me. This is a stunning movie. The director has a fantastical vision and although I saw a dub, it was still great. The voice acting was superb, especially Chihiro's, so expressive. Usually when I see a movie, I won't actually see the concepts at work. I mean I'll have an idea of what the movie builds on but nothing solid. There were parts in this movie I clearly recognized as being showing friendship, strength, loyalty and yet, it doesn't seem dumbed down. Overall, I noticed how the spoilt child Chihiro changes into a responsible Sin. For too long I put off watching this movie because I wasn't sure if I'd like some girl lost in another world. Thankfully, I cast those doubts aside and treated myself to cinematic excellence.

This film has to be the most amazing animation i have ever seen. The beautifly detailed landscapes and the amazing buildings and small details like food and characters all contribute to create what i would say is the best studio ghibli film ever.

Amazing and emotional story of Chihiro and her Journey through a world of spirits! This is in fact the Anime that got me into all the others. Miyazaki is one of the greatest directors of all time!

Two words: awesome movie! One of Miyazaki's best films yet, we are captivatd by this endearing story of Chihiro's struggle to find her parents while discovering the meanings of friendship, trust, love and self discovery. Blended with spectacular animation, an extremely well written plot that keeps you out of your seat during the whole movie, and morals that most of us can relate to, this movie can definitely be recommended to anime and classic fans, and enjoyed by everyone. I guarantee it!

spirited away is one of the best movies i ever saw now if you know animes like naruto or inuyasha heres one thats made by one of the most superb companies of all time the story in this one is about chihiro ah girl that moves in to ah place somewhere in china this has to be one of the best movies i have ever saw there were some powerful voice-acting that made the story so cool ok back to the story i have to say the casting was ok ok now lets back to the story so she meets like this person named aku wich sounds like apu but not simpson this one of the best stories i ever heard it told like this fantastic story wich i never heard well i did have to admit the ending was pretty good but the great music with the famous piano theme and the only i didnt like was the i dont know but this is good from overall i give this movie.

5 out of 5 stars.

This one of the best movies ever and thats all from your truly robheisel thanks i hope you like my review of spirited away.

Wow, I remember seeing this movie when it first got imported to the USA, and still to this day, I keep watching it. Why you ask? Because it's one of the greatest movies ever made! Miyazaki makes some of the best movies, and this is the better than all of the other ones. It's about a little girl name Chihiro and her parents who move to a new town, on the way they got lost, and pull up into an abandoned town and find a resturant and her parents start pigging out on all of the food. Then Chihiro wanders around until dark, and comes back to find her parents turned into pigs. There is way more to it, but instead of reading this, go out and buy/rent this movie. You will not regret it

This is by far one of the best Myazaki films. Everything is so well done. I especially enjoy how many different elements of Japanese folk lore blend with the elements of Japanese culture. The world she is in is full of different creatures from folk lore while at the same time she is still noing many of the things that would commonly be done in (a slightly older) Japanese culture. Her transition from a scarred little girl into a self confident individual is done very well. I also enjoyed the fact the movie didn't add any cheesee romantic elements to it. Of course she loved Haku, and because of that she was strong enough not to turn around when she was returning to her world. I've watched this movie again and again and I still love it every single time.
