Detective partners, Louis Benz and Larry Brown, have a rather unique styled serial slasher to try and apprehend. This maniac is killing women with no apparent connection to each other and leaving behind a "baby doll" at the scene. Benz, hot-headed and impetuous, believes an ex-con named Les Parker, is the fiend. Benz's partner, Brown, the cooler of the two, isn't so sure. Benz leans too hard on Parker, and manages to get himself suspended from the force. This only fuels Benz's desire to catch the odious creature that the press has dubbed "The Baby Doll Killer".
