Brian Dennehy, ex-cop, turned famous writer, teams up with James Woods, criminal assassin, whom wants his life remembered. This is an '80s movie if ever there was one. The plot line is predictable, the dialog expected. The secret to this movie is the acting. Thankfully Woods, as Cleve, is ruthless and cunning, and well... he's James Woods. Brian Dennehy, as well, creates a realistic and believable character, whom reluctantly is forced into the role of hero.
This movie has cult classic written all over it.
