This movie was so wierd and unreal that I instantly fall in love with it. Just the best way to spend an afternoon, if you ask me. I could never see myself as perfect S-wife. Do you think I can find a Stepford husband somewhere, though?

Not a bad comedy, but surely it is kind of strange. Sometimes the plot was hard to follow and some of the scenes in the movie seem very unrealistic, the ending was particulary very strange. I just did not like it, it was kind of a weird movie, but...

This movie got really horrible reviews and didn't do very well, but I found it really enjoyable. The movie was extremely funny, and the actors did very well. Bette Midler's character was great. This movie deserves a lot more recognition than it...

Some critics have destroyed this movie...my family and I loved it
