The story of a slow Italian man (who still lives with his parents) named Pistachio. Pistachio is the son of a former Master of Disguise, who now runs an Italian restaurant. One night, Pistachio's parents are kidnapped to their disguising power for the evil bidding of their old nemicice, Delvin Bowman. Pistachio's grandfather comes to train him to become a master of disguise so he can save his parents. He also needs an assistant and ends up with a single "tiny butt girl" named Jennifer, who has a son named Barney who thinks Pistachio's cool. Together, Pistachio and Jennifer try their best to outsmart Bowman, who has been using Pistchio's parents to "borrow" items such as the U.S. Constitution, the Liberty Bell, etc and then Bowman auctions them off on "BlackMark Ebay".
