I give it a 4 only because the argument had something of interest.

The film caught my attention when they go to eat fast food and the machine charge them 15 minutes. That's what interested me most of the entire film. I remember 8 hours of live for a bicycle.

If you ask if someone would give 8 hours of their lives so that their son had a bicycle perhaps they would say yes.

The rest of the film is not worthwhile. The dialogues are not very good and there is a terribly bad scene, in which four gunmen moving in line by a street shooting as if they were in the old west to the main character who is alone and hiding behind a container.

What I liked: Wages are paid in hours and everything takes time. You can think a little about it. What about the poors? What about the unemployed?

What I liked least: Everything, is one of those bad movies by Christopher Lambert (another one).
