Quirky charming and clever ,with plenty of action and intrigue. Carell plays the perfect straight guy, but kind hearted, a little sensative, and always silly. If you like his style of humor you're bound to enjoy this. His costars compliment him...

A pretty good family movie. Steve Carell did an excellent job in this role and I can't really think of anyone that could have done better. Anne Hatheway continues to shine in any role she's in. Here's to hoping the make a sequal with this cast.

Pretty decent movie. Steve Carell was perfect for his role, as was Anne Hatheway. Also loved the references to the old TV show, especially Carell's impersonations of the original Maxwell Smart. However, the movie as a whole missed 'something' that...
