I'd suggest watching this movie for Willem Dafoe in drag. Major kudos to the guy who had to act like he thought he actually looked like a woman (& was somehow sexually aroused by it)! LOL

Uh, otherwise still a great movie.

If you have been looking for a movie to watch during a group night with lots of couples, this is it? While the girls get to gush over Conner and Murphy, the guys get to be pulled into the action. An awesome film and totally worth the buy!

Boondock Saints is one of those movies viewers will either love or hate. A lot of action. A lot of violence. Some amusing and more hilarious moments. Add a dash of religious mysticism (which oddly enough seems to have been lost on a lot of people) and you've got yourself a cult hit. Performances are strong all around but the one that stands out the most is probably Willem D. as the gay FBI agent who despite knowing exactly what happens in any given crime scene, is always one step behind the "Saints". Definitely go out and get yourself a copy.

Boondock Saints is a movie that many people have never heard of, but truly is a hidden treasure.

It starts with two irish fellows who just live for a good time. But when three russians come into their bar looking for a fight they have no choice but to kill them. After the first killing you are introduced to the brilliant FBI agent (Willem Dafoe) on their case who always seems to know what went on during the killings.

Now they start going around killing the corrupt people in the world, and in doing so gain the nickname of: the Saints, from the public. While Agent Smecker is always a step behind their killings, he still feels connected to these two killers.

Boondock Saints is an intense action drama with a well written script that will keep you wondering what will happen next, aswell as laughing at the loads of comedy in between the raw action.

I loved basically every aspect of this movie...the storytelling with showing the actions of the two while the detective describes it is awesome and the casting was also perfect. One of my most favorite movies EVER!
