Imagine logging onto a website that discovers your deepest fears, and killing you with them less than 48 hours later? That is just what a City Health Inspector named Terry, and a Police Inspector named Mike are dealing with. They keep discovering their victims with one thing in common: they all log onto the same website and are dead 48 hours later. They find a deranged man who calles himself "The Doctor", that tortures then kills his victims, all on a live-cam website. They know what will happen when they log onto the website themselves, but they are pressed to solve the case. When they find out at the last minute where "The Doctor" is holding his victims, and race there, they find out that they might not just be dealing with a deranged man, but with something more supernatural.
