"As painful an experience to sit through as being gruesomely mutilated is to its victims."

'Day of the Dead' is thoroughly joyless garbage. While the concept of "teaching a zombie new tricks" is an interesting one, 'Day of the Dead' doesn't play this out nearly as well as it could or should of been. While it's one of the most insanely gory films I have ever seen, and will always enjoy and respect it for just that, 'Day' is undeniably and almost agonizingly boring, visually revolting, and it's very hard to care for such despicable, misogynistic characters.

'Day of the Dead', in my opinion, is very cheap trash. It looks like trash, it sounds like trash, and judging from that, would I really be wrong in calling the whole film just trash? I did not enjoy anything about it other than Bub's character and the incredibly well-done gore effects. It's worth seeing for those two things, but don't by any means go out of your way to see this film because it's just not all that good.

Classic remaro film really like the zombies as always and remaro puts together a great plot here and again good character that work well together remero should come back to this film and make a offical remake

Night Of The Living Dead Is one of the best zombie movies ever made, and so is Dawn Of The Dead. But Day Of The Dead Clearly isn´t. Romero failes to toutch me this time around. The Story isn´t that verry good, but overall ok. The plot is poor. But the script is actualy good. Not to mension the outstanding effects, zombies ripping of humans heads, and daraging the body into two, it does look real. The directing is overall good, Romero is after all the best zombie director ever. The music is not good edited and the same score keep playing oer and over again. But after all it isn´t bad, it´s better than good, but it is not great.
